Section 91 Electricity Act 2023
Section 91 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Management Comreittee. It is under Part VIII (Establishment of the National Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission) of the Act.
(1) There shall be for the N-HYPPADEC a Management Committee which shall consist of —
(a) the Managing Director who shall be the chief executive officer and head of the Management Committee; and
(b) Directors responsible for the Directorates established under section 90 of this Act.
(2) The Management Committee shall be responsible for the general operations and administration of the N-HYPPADEC.
