Section 98 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Borrowing powers. It is under Part VIII (Establishment of the National Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission) of the Act.
The N-HYPPADEC may, with the consent of the President, borrow, on such terms and conditions as the N-HYPPADEC may determine, such sum of money as the NHYPPADEC may require in the exercise of its functions under this Act.
