1 Texas Administrative Code § 10.3 – Tuition Charges to Attendees of Training Programs

Upon approval of the commission, the executive director may establish tuition charges for persons who attend training programs under § RSA 10.1(3) of this title (relating to Training Programs) to recover costs of the training.
