1 Texas Administrative Code § 22.13 – Contributions in the Capitol Prohibited

In § RSA 253.039 of the Election Code, the term “Capitol” includes the Capitol Building and the Capitol Extension, and any office that is being used as the official capitol office for a member of the legislature, the governor, the lieutenant governor, or the secretary of state.
