Texas Administrative Code Title 1 Section 5.6

1 Texas Administrative Code § 5.6 – Areawide Waste Treatment Management

(a) The governor’s Office of Budget and Planning adopts by reference Public Law 92-500, and Public Law 95-217, RSA 1288, styled Federal Water Pollution Control Act of 1972, hereinafter referred to as “the Act,” including all federal rules and regulations currently effective and relating thereto.

(b) The Act sets forth specific requirements concerning federal areawide waste treatment management planning agencies and state agencies.

(c) Copies of the Act may be obtained at the Office of the Secretary of State, Austin.

(d) A copy of the text of the Act is attached hereto and filed as adopted by governor’s Office of Budget and Planning with the Office of the Secretary of State, Austin.
