1 Texas Administrative Code § 53.161 – Issuance of Bonds for Construction of Jails or Improvements
Transcripts for the issuance of bonds for the construction of jails or additions or improvements thereto shall include a certificate of compliance with minimum standards of the Jail Standards Commission, signed by the executive director of the Commission on Jail Standards, as to such construction, additions, or improvements, if applicable rules and regulations then are in force and effect and plans and specifications have been prepared. (The commission is required to adopt such rules and regulations on or before January 1, 1977.)
