1 Texas Administrative Code § 75.13 – Fee and Renewal

The annual registration fee for agents of automobile clubs shall be as prescribed by Texas Transportation Code, § RSA 722.011, and the registration shall be renewed each 12 months after its issuance. The renewal shall be made on a form prescribed by the Secretary of State. The form or specifications pertaining to the prescribed form may be obtained by writing to the Statutory Documents Section, Office of Secretary of State, P.O. Box 12887, Austin, Texas 78711.
