1 Texas Administrative Code § 75.2 – Annual Renewal Required

Every certificate of authority to act as an automobile club shall expire annually on August 31 of each year unless sooner revoked or suspended. Application for renewal of such certificate of authority shall be filed upon the form prescribed by the secretary of state. The annual license fee for renewal of such certificate of authority shall be as prescribed by Texas Transportation Code, § RSA 722.007. The form or specifications pertaining to the prescribed form may be obtained by writing to the Statutory Documents Section, Office of Secretary of State, P.O. Box 12887, Austin, Texas 78711.
