Texas Administrative Code Title 1 Section 78.7

1 Texas Administrative Code § 78.7 – Exemptions from Registration for Certain Professional Services

(a) In certain circumstances, Occupations Code, § RSA 2051.005, exempts from registration a person licensed or registered by the state as:

(1) a dealer, agent, investment adviser, or investment adviser representative;

(2) a real estate broker or salesperson;

(3) an insurance agent; or

(4) another professional.


(b) For purposes of this section, “another professional” means a person holding a license or registration issued by this state that authorizes the person to perform the type of financial services that the person is performing for the athlete.
