United Nations Security Council Resolution 136 – Admission of new Members to the UN: Togolese Republic

136 (1960). Resolution of 31 May 1960

The Security Council,

Having examined the application of the Togolese Republic,

Recommends to the General Assembly that the Togolese Republic be admitted to membership in the United Nations.

Adopted unanimously at the 864th meeting.
