United Nations Security Council Resolution 184 – Admission of new Members to the UN: Zanzibar

184 (1963). Resolution of 16 December 1963

The Security Council,

Having examined the application of Zanzibar for membership in the United Nations,

Recommends to the General Assembly that Zanzibar be admitted to membership in the United Nations.

Adopted unanimously at the 1084th meeting.
