United Nations Security Council Resolution 200 – Admission of new Members to the UN: The Gambia

Resolution 200 (1965) of 15 March 1956

The Security Council,

Having examined the application of the Gambia for admission to the United Nations,

Recommends to the General Assembly that the Gambia be admitted to membership in the United Nations.

Adopted unanimously, at the 1190th meeting.
