United Nations Security Council Resolution 224 – Admission of new Members to the UN: Botswana

Resolution 224 (1966) of 14 October 1966

The Security Council,

Having examined the application of Botswana for admission to the United Nations,

Recommends to the General Assembly that Botswana be admitted to membership in the United Nations.

Adopted unanimously at the 1306th meeting.
