United Nations Security Council Resolution 299 – Admission of new Members to the UN: Oman

Resolution 299 (1971) of 30 September 1971

The Security Council,

Having examined the application of Oman for admission to the United Nations,

Recommends to the General Assembly that Oman be admitted to membership in the United Nations.

Adopted unanimously at the 1587th meeting.
