Facts

The trial Judge admitted and took into consideration an award of a Travelling Commissioner. It appeared to the Court of Appeal that a parol award was made and that the document admitted was a report to the Governor of the effect of the award.

Held

The Court of Appeal therefore did not take the document or the award into consideration in arriving at their decision.


Appeal dismissed.
