Rule 18 LPDC Rules 2020

Rule 18 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Rules 2020 is about Proceedings and pronouncement of decision. It provides as follows:

The Proceedings of the Disciplinary Committee including the announcement of the decisions of the Disciplinary Committee shall be held in public except where in the opinion of the Committee, the interest of the Legal Profession would be better served by hearing the matter in private. In all cases, however, the decision shall be announced in public.
