Rule 21 LPDC Rules 2020

Rule 21 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Rules 2020 is about Findings of not guilty. It provides as follows:

If, after the hearing, the Disciplinary Committee finds that the allegations of infamous conduct in a professional respect have not been proved, the Disciplinary Committee shall record a finding that the legal practitioner is
not guilty of such.conduct in respect of the matters to which the allegation
relates.
