Rule 23 LPDC Rules 2020

Rule 23 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Rules 2020 is about Finding not amounting to infamous conduct. It provides as follows:

The Disciplinary Committee, if it finds proved a misconduct not amounting to infamous conduct in a professional capacity, may give such direction as the circumstances may require, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act.
