Rule 3 LPDC Rules 2020

Rule 3 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Rules 2020 is about Constitution. It provides as follows:

(1) The Chairman at his discretion shall constitute panels for the hearing of Applications as the circumstances may require and each shall be headed by the Chairman or a Presiding member designated by the Chairman.

(2) A panel shall comprise of a minimum of 3 members of the Committee but no decision or proceeding of the Disciplinary Committee will be rendered invalid on the grounds of quorum other than as set out in the Interpretation Act.
