Rule 31 LPDC Rules 2020

Rule 31 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Rules 2020 is about Fees. It provides as follows:

The fees applicable for the time being in the Court of Appeal shall be applicable to proceedings before the Disciplinary Committee except that an Applicant shall be exempted from paying any fees.
