Rule 8 LPDC Rules 2020

Rule 8 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Rules 2020 is about Appointment of counsel. It provides as follows:

The Association shall appoint a legal practitioner to present its case before the Disciplinary Committee.
