Rule 9 LPDC Rules 2020

Rule 9 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Rules 2020 is about Evidence general. It provides as follows:

(1) The Evidence Act and strict Codes of Evidence shall not apply in relation to proceedings before the Disciplinary Committee.

(2) The procedure for the hearing of proceedings before the Disciplinary Committee shall be in accordance with these Rules and the Practice Directions
issued by the Disciplinary Committee under the hand of the Chairman.
