Section 10 Matrimonial Causes Act 1970

Section 10 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1970 is about Courts to aid one another. It provides as follows:

All courts having jurisdiction under this Act shall severally act in aid of and be auxiliary to one another in all matters under this Act.
