Section 11 Indian Penal Code

Section 11 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 is about ”Person”. It is under CHAPTER II (GENERAL EXPLANATIONS) of the Code.

”Person”

The word “person” includes any Company or Association or body of persons, whether incorporated or not.
