Section 140 Nigeria Tax Administration Act 2025

Section 140 of the Nigeria Tax Administration Act 2025 is about Place of an offence. It provides as follows:

An offence under this Act shall be deemed to occur in the place where the taxable person is registered or resident or at such other place as the relevant tax authority may decide.
