Section 15 NDLEA Act

Section 15 of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act 1989 is about Unlawful assumption of character of officer of the Agency. It provides as follows:

Any person who, with intent to deceive, unlawfully assumes the name, character, or
designation of an officer of the Agency shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and liable on conviction to be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years.
