Section 19 NDLEA Act

Section 19 of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act 1989 is about Unlawful possession of cocaine, etc. It provides as follows:

Any person who, without lawful authority, knowingly possesses the drugs popularly
known as cocaine, LSD, heroine or any other similar drugs shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and liable on conviction to be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not less than fifteen years and not exceeding 25 years.
