Section 21 Nigeria Revenue Service (Establishment) Act 2025

Section 21 of the Nigeria Revenue Service (Establishment) Act 2025 is about Staff regulations. It provides as follows:

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may make regulations relating generally to the conditions of service of the staff and, in particular, such regulations may provide for the appointment, promotion, discipline,
termination or dismissal of staff or employees of the Service.

(2) The staff regulations made under subsection (1) shall be issued to its staff in such manner as the Service may determine.
