Section 22 Terrorism Act 2000
Section 22 of the Terrorism Act 2000 is about Penalties. It provides as follows:
A person guilty of an offence under any of sections 15 to 18 shall be liable—
(a)on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 14 years, to a fine or to both, or
(b)on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or to both.
