Section 27 VAPP 2015

Section 27 of the Violence Against Persons (Prohibition) Act 2015 is about Jurisdiction. It provides as follows:

Only the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja empowered by an Act of Parliament shall have the jurisdiction to hear and grant any application brought under this Act.
