Section 29 Patents and Designs Act 1971

Section 29 of the Patents and Designs Act 1971 is about Effect against the State. It is under ‘General’ of the Act. It provides as follows:

Subject to Part 11 of the First Schedule to this Act, a patent or registered design shall have the same effect against the State as against an individual.
