Section 3 Mortgage and Property Law of Lagos State

Section 3 of the Mortgage and Property Law of Lagos State 2010 is about Remuneration and Allowances. It provides as follows:

(1) The remuneration of the Chief Executive Officer shall be determined by
the Governor.

(2) All members of the Board except the ex-officio members shall be entitled to a sitting allowance, to be approved by the Governor.
