Section 3 VAPP 2015

Section 3 of the Violence Against Persons (Prohibition) Act 2015 is about Coercion. It provides as follows:

A person who coerces another to engage in any act to the detriment of that other person’s physical or psychological well being, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to term of imprisonment of 3 years.
