Section 34 NDLEA Act

Section 34 of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act 1989 is about Investigation of assets and properties of persons arrested for an offence under this Act. It provides as follows:

Where a person is arrested for an offence under this Act, the Agency shall immediately trace and attach all the assets and properties of the person and shall thereafter cause to be obtained an interim attachment order by the Federal High Court.
