Section 37 VAPP 2015

Section 37 of the Violence Against Persons (Prohibition) Act 2015 is about Application and forms of protection order. It provides as follows:

The affidavit, application and forms of Protection Order referred to in this Part of the Act shall be in accordance with the Schedule to this Act.
