Section 44 of the Violence Against Persons (Prohibition) Act 2015 is about Regulatory body. It provides as follows:

The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons and Other related Matters (NAPTIP) is mandated to administer the provisions of this Act and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders including faith based organizations.
