Section 46 NDLEA Act
Section 46 of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act 1989 is about Fund. It provides as follows:
(1) The Agency shall establish and maintain a fund from which shall be defrayed all
expenditure reasonably incurred by the Agency for the execution of its functions under this Act.
(2) There shall be paid and credited to the fund established pursuant to subsection (1) of this section, such monies as may in each year be approved by the Federal Government for the purpose of the Agency.
(3) The Agency may accept gifts of land, money or other property (whether within or
outside Nigeria) upon such terms and conditions, if any, as may be specified by the person or organisation making the gift:
Provided that the terms and conditions are not contrary to the objectives and functions of the Agency under this Act.
