Section 48 NDLEA Act

Section 48 of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act 1989 is about Annual report. It provides as follows:

The Agency shall, not later than 30 September in each year, submit to the President a report of its activities during the immediately preceding year and shall include in such report the audited accounts of the Agency.
