Section 5 Mortgage and Property Law of Lagos State

Section 5 of the Mortgage and Property Law of Lagos State 2010 is about Meetings and quorum. It provides as follows:

(1) The Board shall meet at least once a quarter at the instance of the Chairman
and at such other times as the Board may deem fit.

(2) Section 5(2) and (3) of the Principal Law are amended by deleting the words “Executive Secretary” and repalcing same with the words “General Manager/Chief Executive Officer” and whenever it appears in the Law.

(3) Section 5(4) of the Principal Law is amended by deleting “four (4)” and replacing same with “five (5)”.
