Section 50 NDLEA Act

Section 50 of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act 1989 is about Regulations. It provides as follows:

The Attorney-General of the Federation may make rules or regulations with respect to the exercise of any of the duties, functions or powers of the Agency under this Act.
