Section 51 NDLEA Act

Section 51 of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act 1989 is about Repeal. It provides as follows:

Subsection (15) of section 3 of the Miscellaneous Offences Act, is hereby repealed and consequentially, all the provisions of any amending Act relative to the aforesaid
paragraph are hereby repealed.
