Section 6 Mortgage and Property Law of Lagos State

Section 6 of the Mortgage and Property Law of Lagos State 2010 is about Power to co-opt. It provides as follows:

The Board may co-opt any person(s) for any meeting of the Board or its Committee and such co-opted person(s) may take part in the deliberations of the
Board or any of its committees but shall not be entitled to vote or to be counted as part of the quorum of the meeting.
