Section 69 Mortgage and Property Law of Lagos State

Section 69 of the Mortgage and Property Law of Lagos State 2010 is about Citation and commencement. It provides as follows:

This Law may be cited as the Mortgage and Property Law 2010 and shall come into force on the 23rd August 2010.
