Section 7 NDLEA Act

Section 7 of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act 1989 is about Establishment of special units, etc. It provides as follows:

(1) For the effective conduct of the functions of the Agency, there shall be established the following units, that is to say-

(a) general and assets investigation unit;
(b) prosecution unit; and
(c) counselling unit.

(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1) of this section, the Agency shall have power to set up any technical committees to assist it in the performance of its duties and functions under this Act.
