Section 81 Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959

Section 81 of the Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959 is about Persons taking who are not parties and as to indentures. It provides as follows:

(2) A deed between parties, to effect its objects, has the effect of an indenture though not indented or expressed to be an indenture.
