Section 9 Legal Education (Consolidation, etc.) Act

Section 9 of the Legal Education (Consolidation, etc.) Act is about Disposal of fees collected by the Council. It provides as follows:

All fees collected by the Council from the students of the Nigerian Law School shall be paid into the Treasury of the Government of the Federation and shall form part of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Federation.
