Section 93 Nigeria Tax Administration Act 2025

Section 93 of the Nigeria Tax Administration Act 2025 is about Establishment of the Local Government Revenue Committee. It provides as follows:

(1) There shall be established for each local government area of a State, a Committee to be known as the Local Government Revenue Committee (“Revenue Committee”).

(2) The Revenue Committee shall comprise –
(a) the Local Government Supervisor for Finance, as Chairman ;

(b) three local government councillors as members ; and

(c) two other persons experienced in revenue matters to be nominated by the chairman of the Local Government on their personal merits.
