Article 36 Uganda Constitution 1995
Article 36 of the Uganda Constitution 1995 is under Chapter Four (Protection and promotion of fundamental and other human rights and freedoms) of the Constitution. Article 36 is about Protection of rights of minorities.
Minorities have a right to participate in decision-making processes, and their
views and interests shall be taken into account in the making of national plans
and programmes.
