Section 22 Constitution of South Africa 1996
Section 22 of the Constitution of South Africa 1996 (as amended) is about Freedom of trade, occupation and profession. It is under Chapter 2 of the Constitution. Chapter 2 is titled ‘Bill of Rights‘.
Every citizen has the right to choose their trade, occupation or profession freely. The practice of a trade, occupation or profession may be regulated by law.
